10 meter vertical above sea level? Or far back from from the water?

Cascadia past regular earthquakes usually exceed magnitude 9.0 Occur every 200-400 years.

And the last was 300 years ago .

The last major Cascadia quake occurred in early 1700, likely in January. The 421 years ago.

Both - up on hill, 1/2 mile from the beach as the crow flies. However, it’ll be like being stranded on an island, surrounded by water, most likely no utilities for a while...At my age though, not too concerned. If it’s my time to go home, that’s OK.
