Interesting that what appears to be happening in the video is that there are 3 groups of 4 uaps and the one on the right of each group disappears and then almost instantly reappears on the far left of the group. This is repeated a number of times. That would be an impressive maneuver.

If you continue to watch a light as it appears, you will see that each light lasts for around 10 seconds and disappears. It definitely appears to 3 lines of flares being launched from somewhere.
