Many vitamins are multi-vitamin and you can overdose on zinc and others very easily. Recommended maximum dose of zine is 40 mgs and an overdose can occur at 50+. This also rides on the size of the individual and their ability to absorb supplements.

There’s some good info here thanks for posting. I start my day with a B12 gummie. I space the rest throughout the day, I will remember to take the tumeric and zinc in the evening.

A lot of Vitamins are Fat-Soluble, if you don’t get enough fats in your diet, you won’t absorb them.
