I have vitamin D, C, and zinc in one gigantic pill that needs to be cut into 4 or I’ll choke. Is it really necessary to make them so big...

Opening all those soft capsules would have taken more work than I wanted to put into it. But yes, fertilizer is another use. I have a lot of indoor plants.

If only that where true with the injection. yes your body removes what it doesn't need how much that is in question.
Vitamin C it uses it while it has it for 15 minutes then it leaves your body. Doesn't matter how much you take. Which is why a drip should be used for Vit C and B3 when you're really sick.
High levels of Melatonin and Niacin your body will use in ways most people wouldn't imagine. Raises your P53 genes (fights cancer.) Lowers anxiety related issues so many things Melatonin does. They body will extract it when it's done.
That line is used by the cult of injectors as a way to say it's pointless. Though it's simply a fake line that is true with food and water as well.

so all the rest of what the writer wrote doesn’t really matter? Or is the writer saying if you can’t remember to take supplements at certain times just take them and not don’t care about whether they are being absorbed well or not?

CRITICAL: Keep an eye on quantity and recommended dosages
Many vitamins are multi-vitamin and you can overdose on zinc and others very easily. Recommended maximum dose of zine is 40 mgs and an overdose can occur at 50+. This also rides on the size of the individual and their ability to absorb supplements.

There’s some good info here thanks for posting. I start my day with a B12 gummie. I space the rest throughout the day, I will remember to take the tumeric and zinc in the evening.
