yeah, seriously some bad AZURE management.
I owned a few thousand instances which we got billed up the a$$ for even though I had more than enough physical hardware to do so cheaper.
Upper management knew “Cloud was the Future” and while I admint they were right in their context I decided not to be a part of it.
Monitor your elasticity.
