Zapruder’s film has a pause in it. Holland believes the first shot took place just at, or just during, that pause.
Major to his thesis is that all who have investigated with Zapruder’s film have assumed it records all three shots after the pause.
He concludes that the first shot was taken at the most opportune time proximally, but glanced off the stoplight apparatus and was deflected into the underpass region where and individual suffered a nick from debris.
Shooter had to pause while presidential vehicle was behind obstructing tree. Then two more shots resulting in death and injury.
For the record I hold to Oswald as the assassin acting on his own. The conspiracy notions have been fed by a lack of certainty on the forensic side. I won’t fault those who accept those notions, but would urge caution insofar as self-deception is not uncommon.
I agree with you. The only conspiracy to kill JFK existed solely and entirely in the mind of Oswald, a troubled an angry loner.
The damage to the surface of the underpass was repaired within hours. Strange for a crime scene.
