My second ex-wife wrote me a note one time where she claimed she “wasn’t stooped”. I kept it as proof that she is.

rear ended by a pick-up that never slowed down
I know a guy who pulled onto the left shoulder when he saw a car behind him that he realized wasn't braking. It hit the guy in front of him.

Very very odd that it was being recorded on cell phone. Almost like the person recording knew it was about to happen? Why would he be recording boring traffic out the back window? [There didn’t seem to be any real interesting vehicles like a Lamborghini or anything behind them] Something doesnt smell right. What accept was that on the r3cording?

Uh no, I responded to the above comment of yours. Ridicules. Some people see conspiracies everywhere.

incase you missed it the first time i will explain again-

At first i thought it was handheld camera, and couldn’t understand why someone woild,be recording out their back window- especially when nothing interesting was happening when the recording first was happening- that should have been obvious from my first and second post, no?

IF it had been someone hand holding the recorder, then yeah, it would look suspicious, given that it is not unknown that terrorists film such stuff. But turns out it was a vehicle camera, which I didn’t realize at first. Honest mistake.

guess honest mistakes arent’ allowed in your world of perfection eh?

#9 I have a front dash cam and a rear cam.
The rear one saved me a big bill. A neighbor was backing up at night and decided to squeeze between my car and another a space over. He scrapped some paint on the left side of the bumper. Just to paint the bumper, the estimate was about $850....

He saw the camera and left a note.

Ouch! I thought it would be a traffic jam, but it was a single lane of stopped cars, likely backed up from a nearby exit.

I get it. I was only surprised by the comment because a real good percentage of cars, trucks and motorcycles have factory cameras, option cams added and some install aftermarket cams. They’ve become quite common nowadays.

Considering how many unsophisticated drivers, morons and jackasses are on the roads, it’s a real good thing to have and they’ve become pretty cheap.

That was something i didn’t realize- none of our cars have ever had them- we live in the sticks- so not a big seller where we are- we aren’t near a city, so we dont;’ have the crime, or road rage stuff that other places have- - we are pretty fortunate really- The only thing we gotta watch out for is people coming out of bars too drunk to drive, but they do anyways- but with cell phones- we are seeing more accidents these days unfortunately- so yeah- would be good idea to have a camera probably- the times they are a changin

wow- almost a grand for paint? We had someone run into our parked car and take off- luckily someone saw it and took down the plate- so we weren’t stuck with the repair bill- we probabyl shoudl have a camera- but htings happen so infrequently- but yeah, they do happen i guess-
