That loud green color of Guacamole has always repulsed me.
I’ve never even tasted the concotion, to be honest.
The only preperation I like as that color would be Pimento Ice Cream or Sherbet.

My wife was born in the Philippines and there they primarily eat avocados prepared as a pudding or as ice cream.

When her family moved here, she thought it was odd that people would eat them with chips as guacamole or fresh.

Did you know you can make fudge with avocado as the fat? That’s because unless you make guacamole with them, avocados are just a bland source of fat.

My new favorite way to eat avocados uses an air fryer.
