The recently declassified reports from supposedly reliable military personnel includes film of craft entering and exiting the ocean as if the water were no more dense than air.

If they can do that then presumably they can see and effect electronics through whatever amount of concrete and shielding that silos have.

If they're demons as some claim then they can do whatever they wish and God allows them to do.
