Everyone will be under video collection 24/7. No private moments, ever. The dust motes floating in the air will be watching you.
The "good" news is the intelligence reviewing the videos will be artificial. Like the NSA metadata collection, everything will be indexed and stored away just in case you later become someone they want leverage over.
