Same here! Since 2018 I've been taking a "cocktail" of D3, C, Magnesium, Zinc and Fish Oil as a means to prevent my damn cluster headaches. Worked too! I was in remission from May 2018 until March this year.

For me, clusterheads are episodic. I'll normally have remission periods of 9 to 12 months between sequences.

I've also been COVID free so far. Not so much as a sniffle since this madness started.
