The author is trying to make Fauci into Rachel Carson, rather than Mengele, but I would not be quite so charitable.

If I correctly recall what I read, Fauci strapped live dogs' heads into a box to be consumed by fleas and had the dogs' vocal cords snipped so the researchers wouldn't be bothered by their tormented yelps.

I would suggest this required at least a little bit of Mengele DNA.

Carson killed millions by generating fear of an otherwise harmless to humans and birds product.

Fauci killed millions by generating fear of a virus through lockdowns, masks, suicides
