In 2014, a group of 300 scientists sent a letter to Obama asking him to shut down Fauci’s gain of function research, which they considered extremely dangerous because Fauci’s research was all about teaching viruses to jump from one species to another.

Obama responded in 2014 with a moratorium on all gain of function research.

2014 Zheng-Li Shi provided Bat Virus

Chinese Doctor Shi Zhengli was part of a team that working on a coronavirus project jointly with US doctors in 2014 before it was shut down by the DHS for being too risky.

This report was published shortly after their project was defunded by the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

The HHS in 2014 sent a letter to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where they announced they were going to defund the program.

The first of those patents, U.S. Patent No. 9193780, was issued November 24, 2015.

Dr. Martin said in a video North Carolina at Chapel Hill combined Chinese bat virus with a U.S. bioweapon in 2015. Actual work was completed in 2014 at the same lab.

This re-authorization was for research in the US because the funding to Wuhan by the Department of Defense and other US agencies / Institutes for weaponizations of SARS-COV2 never stopped in 2014 under the auspices of national security

In 2017 the new Wuhan Lab in China was completed. The first and only level 4 Lab in China.

It seems that the Chinese bat virus got into the hands of a North Carolina University (NCU) at Chapel Hill Bioweapons Lab in 2014. The assumption is that the Chinese Virology expert, Zheng-Li Shi working on the team in North Carolina brought the Bat virus with her or provided for its delivery. Then Zheng-Li Shi along with other members of the team In NCU combined both COVID and Bat virus. At this point the assumption is that the enhanced bioweapon was taken back with her to China. All of this was taking place while there was an perceived ban on bioweapons creation in the U.S. As you can see, other patents related to and contained by the COVID-19 Bioweapons needed to be filed and approved in 2016.

So COVID-19 was not new and it was a creation in a lab by those who funded it.

In 2017, Fauci’s agency formally resumed funding a controversial grant to genetically modify bat corona viruses in Wuhan, China without the approval of a government oversight body, according to the Daily Caller.
