You are right. The slow and careful delivery of his name and address is too fearless, too “watcha gonna do?”
Feebs it is.

DENIED: Sixth Circuit Refuses OSHA’s Request To Transfer Vaccine Mandate Lawsuit To D.C.
https://nationalfile.com/denied-sixth-circuit-refuses-oshas-request-transfer-vaccine-mandate-lawsuit-d-c/
The Sixth Circuit Court has denied the federal government’s motions to transfer the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) vaccine mandate lawsuit to Washington, D.C. and hold it in abeyance, dealing another blow to the Biden regime that has banked on the relatively small agency’s ability to enforce its divisive mandate.
In the court documents, posted to Twitter by populist pundit Election Wizard, the Court denied the government’s motion to transfer the case to Washington, D.C., denied the government’s request to hold the case in abeyance.
The Court also granted two unions, the International Electrotechnical Commission and the IEC Florida West Coast Chapter, permission to join the lawsuit.
“NEW: Sixth Circuit denies government’s motions to transfer and to hold the #OSHA vaccine mandate case in abeyance,” wrote Election Wizard. “Translation: The government wanted to transfer the case to a possibly more favorable court (Washington D.C.). OSHA also tried to slow walk it. The court said no.”

** I could never get past the fact he changed the rules to stay he would only consider submissions that came signed by govs.**
me neither...he really didn't have the authority to do that, considering that it was the law for him to accept all submissions. (multiple state submissions from multiple states were almost the exact reason that law came into being in the first place).
Nobody took it court. I wonder why?(Though I think he asked for the change the night before? - I'm a little fuzzy on exactly when)
Turned out, no states submitted “alternative” certificates. (not sure how they could)

I’m more on your side than the trannie hunters who see them everywhere any time a person is not the ultimate archetype of male or female.
Ah, okay! I wondered, given your phrasing. I really think this whole subject (suspiciously looking at people’s non-archetypical male or female attributes) is only even a thing at all right now because of certain social media influencers with large numbers of impressionable followers, who imagine they see trannies behind every blade of grass and love to point out their “discoveries”. A bit of that seems to unfortunately rear its ugly head from time to time on these threads.
