Bummer, I missed it. I had iHeartRadio on but turned it off so I could watch some animal rescue videos. I thought I had the wrong Channel couldn’t find the other one, where Sean Hannity and Levin are.
But it’s amazing what’s available out there! I’m going to try to get something going here where we take unwanted animals here, get some medical care and a foster home to get to know their personalities to know what environment would be best for them, and then take them out of here and get them a forever home. Apparently this is done all over the South. And there are groups set up to handle most of it, it just needs to be coordinated at the local level. I found a local rescue that is willing to be involved and Supply the animals and the foster homes. There’s a group set up for only $100 a year that will do the advertisements and run the applications, and all we need to do is interview and pick the forever home. That was the video I was watching, of that group. I’m going to join because I don’t really know how it works until I get an account. And then all that’s left is the transport, there’s actually volunteer transports as well as people that do it for a living. We just need to get it all coordinated so it can run smoothly.
