we have a few on Keto in our family. They can eat meat and salad, vegetables, and don’t have to eat the potatoes and deserts. I imagine the same goes for gluten free?

Yeah, keto is easy, I just don’t add any carbs to the veggies (like no potatoes in the green beans). Gf is harder because for example, it is in most cream of chicken soups and a lot of broths, so I have to make that kind of stuff from scratch if I’m making a casserole.
Everything else is not too bad, potatoes instead of bread, potato chips instead of breadcrumbs, easy to make those subs.

My sister played Jane in that movie. She remembers being so hot being bundled up in coats and blankets in the fake snow. She was in a few other movies and bit parts on TV back in the 50’s. My Dad tried to get me involved with the industry, but I was way too shy.
