Looking at the disparity of the sentences of him and that ANTIFA perp, it certainly gives me cause to think the two were sentenced by two different standards.

Which ANTIFA perp?

I will say that this guy may have some charges that were a higher level of infraction, but I don’t see that much of a difference considering the lopsided penalties.

He had charges that could have sent him away for decades. He only pled guilty to one change and the 41 months was within the sentencing guidelines that the plea deal laid out.

There was an ANTIFA perp who took an axe to a Republican Congressman’s office in his district.

He got off with a pretty light sentence. Now I’m not saying
this guy should have gotten off with the same level of
penalty. I’m just not convinced he should have been given
41 months and the other person getting off with probation
and a fine.

There are two factors here. The guy was affiliated with
a known terrorist group. He attacked a Congressional
office thought to be a Conservative rather than an avowed
Leftist.

Again, I do realize the 41 month sentence was given to
a guy charged with different infractions, so I’m not
against him getting more of a penalty.

Shouldn’t the other guy have at least had to do some time?
He was evidently armed rather heavily.
