It's not impossible to appeal after you have pled guilty but it's awfully hard. And a reason for appeal is definitely helpful.

Looking at the disparity of the sentences of him and that
ANTIFA perp, it certainly gives me cause to think the two
were sentenced by two different standards.

I will say that this guy may have some charges that were
a higher level of infraction, but I don’t see that much
of a difference considering the lopsided penalties.

Any Congressional office should be considered just as
sanctified as the Capital Building. It is an official
office of a member of Congress. It is effectively a
satellite office of Capital Hill.

He should get Sessions to be his lawyer.
I hear you can always trust Sessions.

I thought if you accept a plea bargain you can’t appeal?

41 months for dressing like an idiot, trespassing, and yelling at the ceiling…

Ridiculous.

It was an excessive, cruel and unusual punishment for the “crime”.

He might be guilty of trespassing and disturbing the public but I think that’s about it. Maybe 30 days in prison, if even that. Should be sentenced to community service instead. He wasn’t armed. Did he directly threaten anyone? The sentence was “cruel and unusual” so the SCOTUS should take up on this.
