Well I hope it is a fast and painless death. Would be terrible if they screwed up and people just stroked out and had to be on tubes and vents for decades.
I expect that the medical system will be truly overwhelmed with all manner of conventional ailments requiring long term treatment with certain eventual death. All at once this will happen in a random epidemic of common diseases, within a fixed time frame after the vaccination campaign began, people will suddenly fall ill with what would have killed them naturally and eventually but in an accelerated time frame.
The booster shots just serve to combat the 15 month cleansing process and keep the spike protein ever present to do its worst.
