Thank you very much for the reply! That was my sense, that it is a rare bird in Japan using ivermectin, although I have no proof. The notion among the ivermectin enthusiasts persists. I have tried to dissuade folks from thinking it is widely used there, but, as you can see, with little to no effect:

I won’t waste my time in arguing anymore… It’s just not a fact regarding ivermectin in Japan… End of story
