“You can’t handle the truth,” the famous line uttered by Jack Nicholson in A Few Good Men, could well be the motto of many educrats. Sheltering students from the truth when it offends the politically correct sentiments of favored minorities is all too common. And this phenomenon is not limited to the United States. Consider this from the UK Daily Mail:
A Canadian school has cancelled an event with ISIS survivor Nadia Murad, saying her visit would be offensive to Muslims and foster 'Islamophobia'.
Murad was scheduled to sit down with students from the Toronto District School Board (TDSB) - the largest school Board in Canada with nearly 600 schools - to discuss her book The Last Girl: My Story Of Captivity in February 2022.
Murad's graphic exposé detailed how she escaped the Islamic State, where she was ripped from her home and sold into sexual slavery aged just 14 years old, according to The Telegraph.
She uses the book to talk about how she was raped and tortured before finding her way to a refugee camp in Durhok, in northern Iraq, and then to Germany where she now lives. But before the event could happen the superintendent of the Board Helen Fisher said that her students would not participate.

I remember when I was a grade school kid and we had a Holocaust surviver talk at my school.
I guess today that man would not have been permitted to talk at my school because it might have engendered Germanaphobia.

Seems to me that the school board could simply send someone to the nearest mosque and have ISIS guy come over and give his side of the story. At least that’s how a free country operates.
Hard to believe that when Harold Ballard was still principal owner of the Toronto Maple Leafs, there was that good bit more sanity in that city compared to now.

I think it’s ironic that people who are pacifist, who call themselves liberals but they aren’t, will go to great lengths to protect Islam, the very group that would kill them if they had half the chance. I feel sorry for these idiots sometimes

Yes, and they don’t mind smearing Christians as invading Crusaders (forgetting that the Muslims invaded and brutally subdued the CHRISTIAN Holy Land 500 years earlier); evil Italian navigators, Catholic Spaniards and Portuguese Conquistadors and enslaving Indians; Horrible evil white Anglo-Saxon Puritans killing innocent Natives, and above all, the EVIL white slavers of the South, or more broadly, ALL Southerners, especially conservative Christians.

This is all a part of the islamization of the West produced by the strange alliance of communists (democrats, labour, etc.) and muslims. Democrats and their fellow leftists also always cover for each other. I saw an article over at Twitchy showing a recent example, “The WHO appears to have skipped over the Greek letter ‘Xi’ when naming the ‘Omicron’ variant”, so give that a look. Very convenient, and I doubt if the next Greek letter was ‘Trump’ WHO would have skipped that. Covid wasn’t the first bio weapon sent here by communist China. Sars and H1N1 swine flu preceded it (they were test runs).
