OK, so my fake identity on FascistBook has become suspect after posting to some forums with some conservative ideas. Someone reported me, obviously, because I “identify” as the name of a famous conservative activist. FB is trying to confirm my identity by asking me to upload an official picture I.D.

It’s a throwaway account, so no skin off my nose. I use it for guerrilla warfare of ideas at various leftist websites. A new one is easily created. But I still want to make waves as long as it’s possible.

Any ideas? My first response idea is to upload a written statement: “I have no I.D. I was told I didn’t need one. I was told that it is unconstitutional to ask for one. FaceBook agrees with this statement.”

Also looking for sources for fake id’s. Can I get in official trouble for submitting one to a “private” company?

I’m not sure. I’ve had three bogus accounts and use the same cell phone number each time. I guess you fly under the radar and get lucky sometimes.

There are fake id generators online. I’ve seen people posting links to them before, but I never used them.

Facebook is the only allowable forum for many websites. You are silenced if you don’t have an account. I’m not saying it has to be a legitimate account, but having a voice in the public square is important to me. Is that good enough for you?
