It’s just weird. I read two or three stories about Africa defying this Covid infection thing and scientists/doctors are mystified. But now there are some other stories out there about a new “nu” strain there (Botswana?). Is this how the ‘system’ reacts? Quash all good news? And there is Florida, too....
3-5 days ago listened to a BBC radio story on a study done in Uganda. Seems that people who have had Malaria (I believe they said acute) had only very mild cases of Covid when infected. How that might relate to Ivermictin (anti-malarial drug originally) I am not smart enough to guess beyond simple correlation.
