There was a "lot missing" from President Joe Biden's routine physical, including a cognitive examination, because the current White House physician didn't want to reveal the answers those tests could have determined.
"That's his approach right now, not to ask the questions that he doesn't want the answers to," said Ronny Jackson White House doctor for Presidents Donald Trump and Barack Obama."
"They know that if they gave him a cognitive test he would have failed miserably, and then they would have had to explain that away somehow."
Dr. Kevin O'Connor, current White House physician, reported after last week's physical, the president was "healthy, vigorous, 78-year-old man fit for the duties and job of the presidency."
Cognitive testing that deals with several areas is a screening tool indicating decline for any reason, including Alzheimer's disease, dementia, Parkinson's disease, or other issues.
"Should have definitely been included in his physical exam, and was purposely left out," said Jackson. "I don't trust ... the medical team that's taking care of him now to tell us the truth anyway, but I think they purposely left this out."
"For years he's had these gaffes, but something's changed," said Jackson. "These aren't gaffes anymore. He's confused, and doesn't know where he's at or what he's doing. Beyond just normal, indications related specifically to his behavior would have dictated something should have been done."
Biden's physical did address his stiffened walking patterns that could be caused by orthopedic-related issues, but Jackson said that could also be in doubt.
"That's also a physical manifestation of some cognitive diseases that you can have as well," he said. "We don't know for sure because we didn't get any detailed stuff. Maybe they should have included an MRI of his brain and things of that nature."

Joe flunks a cognitive exam pretty much every time he gives a speech in front of the teleprompter. So actually administering one would be redundant.
What is missing from a report is sometimes much more revealing than what is included.
Deleted or redacted information, or simply not covered, makes most other parts of the report unreliable and show a certain bias.
Joe Stolen is a frail old man, lacking in stamina and with multiple failures taking place in many of his bodily functions, some of which never really worked so well even when much younger.
Wisdom does not necessarily come with age. Sometimes age shows up all by itself.
In Joe’s instance, he might grow old, but he has never mastered this growing up part.
Wasn’t the colonoscopy a cognitive exam? How else could the physicians have reached his brain?

The part of the title “A Lot Missing” would not have changed if they had actually looked inside of Bidens head.
Everyone knows Joe is slowly dying and abruptly losing his mind.
They know everyone knows he has dementia or Alzheimer’s anyway. It’s clear enough that anybody can see it. Just his Memory Care Shuffle is all the evidence required. My prediction stands - he’s going to stroke out and be a drooling vegetable any day

The doctors didn’t notice the Chinese-made ventriloquist strings attached to his jaw. Like Morty Sienfield in the doctor’s office, they stole his wallet and found the Big Guy’s 10%.
I don’t see how the WH staff can expect the public to believe this crap at all-everyone knows that he had 2 brain aneurysms in the past-that is a serious brain injury for anyone and can certainly affect cognitive ability, like any other brain injury-and then there are all the drugs he is probably taking on a regular basis-and the new ones that got added when he got to the WH-I’m betting he is stoned on psychotropics every time he makes a public appearance-over time, that stuff causes physical effects-abnormal gait and stiffness, other odd muscle movements, slurred speech, etc-I’ve had clients who were doing the Thorazine shuffle and grinning for no reason-totally out of reality-it isn’t pretty-...
I really think that is what is going on with Brandon-he is damaged from his brain injuries and is having an out-of-body experience every time he is in public-hence, only controlled questions, not cognitive exam, etc-and WE The People are being scammed, bigtime-just my dos centavos...
