I think our store-brand frozen turkey was $1.79/lb. It was about $42 for 22.7 lbs, IIRC.

I really don’t care how much tofu would have cost. But now with this idea in my brain, I expect the forthcoming socialist government will force us to eat tofu instead of turkey, within a few years. ICK
