Never before have we seen a medication that has never been tested for safety nor efficacy – has not undergone any clinical trials but sure did kill a lot of ferrets – being sold to the tune of hundreds of billions of dollars in profit under the guise of “emergency use.”
“Emergency use” is supposed to be reserved for just that – a dangerous, deadly disease for which there truly is no other treatment. This has never been the case here. This authorization is unlawful. A Federal Court order is needed that will overturn this authorization and remove the companies’ immunity from legal liability for what they have done.
The actual laws governing “emergency use” (e.g. 21 USC §360bbb-3) are explicit in saying that you may either give informed consent or decline for any or no reason. That you must not be pressured or coerced, suffer any adverse consequences, nor be threatened with the same. “Mandates” are illegal.

Begin by overturning the “emergency use authorization,” which was illegally granted because alternative treatments certainly do exist. “Big Pharma” plainly intends for this “emergency” to continue forever, because it means that they can make hundreds of billions of dollars in pure profit for something that has never undergone a clinical trial. (And probably couldn’t pass one, if it did.) We need to sue in Federal Court to declare that there is no bona fide “state of emergency” and that EUA was unlawfully granted.
We also need to insist that 21 USC §360bbb-3, et seq, really is “the law of this land” when it declares that you may choose to give informed consent or refuse for any or no reason. Mandates are illegal.
Because vast amounts of money are in play here, “Big Pharma” is not the slightest bit interested in “the law.” They’ve found a loophole big enough to drive a truck through, and they want to continue doing it forever … no matter how many people may die or be irreversibly injured. We’re not going to get “legal rights” until we force the issue. “Money talks,” and in this case, “money kills.” You could be next – they don’t care.

The Financial Puppet Masters are now suborning the “alternative” treatment companies and do not be surprised if Pfizer sacrifices its recent Ivermectin pills, now we know why the production of alternatives and therapeutics has been slowed and the apparent “shortages” created. It is also the reason the JoeBama administration took control of distribution and then DID NOT DISTRIBUTE.

I forget which drug company it was but 2-wweks ago another alternative source of “treatment” announced they were jumping on the Bill Gates vaccine for train to co-produce mRNA variants.
This all coincides with the WHO and UN call for a “vaccine” treaty that has world governments buy up specific patents and them “license as well as pay for” production and distribution. This would be a windfall for the drug and medical supply companies. They collect profits at a lower ROI during distribution but collect a massive ROI when their patents and facilities are inducted into a global “vacine” crusade. The governments, WHO and UN would spread the wealth across groups of drug and medical supply companies to ensure “Industry Equity”. IT becomes a massive healthcare cartel.

This goes far beyond “vaccines”.
When governments “buy” patents and “induct” facilities to make as well as distribute, they compensate for the profits “lost” during distribution at that time. The end result is financially nearly the same when considering the difference of NO COST FOR LEGAL AND FINANCIAL risks for commercial entities that participate. There is not a corporate board alive that would not jump at that deal, especially with the knowledge they can be shut down by the governments directing the cartel.

The first is an hour. The second is ten minutes.
The first gives a pretty good historical overview on Linn Wood’s posting history and overview of recent days’ activity. It is a good primer if you haven’t really kept up—once you get past the first ten minutes or so that are on another subject.
Sather made this video at a relative’s house versus his studio, so the sound and production value are not crisp.
Sather is not a Wood fan.
