Chaga is a mushroom. The KING of mushrooms as a matter of fact. There are very few abundant foods that carry as high an anti-oxidative number (ORAC value - Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) as does Chaga. There is not much else ingestible that can stimulate your immuno-response with small portions as Chaga. Chaga is the reason Siberians never got smallpox back in the day.
