I agree, and I think the Democrats are thinking VERY HARD as to how far to take this crap - both with Alex Jones and Steve Bannon. If they actually start locking up people in the Capitol Jail, they know that the Republicans may very well start doing the same, starting with Merrick Garland, when he tries to dodge questions after Republicans take the House.

But as long as that jail remains empty, the Republicans WILL NOT be the first to populate it - they don’t have the ‘equipment’ required to take that step, and the Democrats know it.

They can’t do anything if he pleads the 5th unless they offer him immunity ... then they could hold him in contempt if he doesn’t testify, but that would defeat their purpose.
