How did you come up with that nonsense? Refusing to respect the fascists' property rights is in no way itself fascism. Were the Founding Fathers fascists when they disregarded the King's property rights and threw his tea in the harbor? Did we respect the property rights of the German's when they bombed Pearl Harbor? NO, we bombed the hell out of their Coscos and a hell of a lot of other things too.

Property rights are not God given rights, they are given by society with the expectation that private ownership will be beneficial to society as a whole as well as to the property holder. Without society protecting private property rights there would be no private property (north korea comes to mind here) and this process of creating and protecting private property gives society as a whole a legitimate say in how the property can be used.
