Regardless of property rights, or any other rights, stupidity should be called out. That’s what the first amendment is all about, which is another conservative value.
We live in a world where the 4 billion on the dumb side of the bell curve have an IQ below 100. Think about that. We share this planet with literally billions of morons.
Unfortunately, even a lot of the reasonably intelligent people are too lazy to think for themselves, so they just follow.
We are aboard a “ship of fools”, and if we just passively accept stupidity because people have a right to be stupid on their own property, then we are at the mercy of fools.
Life isn’t only about rights - that’s the lowest common denominator when settling legal disputes. Not infringing on each other’s rights is great, but it is the bare minimum a human being can aspire to.
I like people who call people out for being stupid - loudly and often. This Covid19 BS has exposed just how contagious stupidity and group-think is.
If you see stupidity, call it out.

The First Amendment is meant to protect you against government retaliation. It is not meant to protect you while on private property.
For example, you can stand on a public sidewalk and hold a “Biden is an idiot” sign all day long. No police officer or city employee can legally move you. You are protected by the 1A .
But if you go on private property, the 1A does not apply. The property owner can trespass you just for holding that sign. And if you don’t go, you can be legally arrested.
