If you are not going to ban no knocks at least severely restrict them. Judges just rubber stamp them and it leads to tragedies like this.

And I know the police claim they announced themselves. They always claim that. It's a little hard to hear over the battering ram and gunfire.

No knock should be used ONLY when an innocent is in danger, i.e. hostage or kidnapping.

Every other time it is police wanting to act like they do on TV.

But this is real life.

Of course I am one of those radicals who believed Civil Asset Forfeiture should only occur AFTER you have been convicted, Qualified Immunity is just so much invented garbage and "Come Back With A Warrant" should be on the front mat of every American home.
