What I would like to know is how I can detox my body of this crap. What vitamins, minerals, herbs or medicines can do this?
I’m not a medical expert, but I would recommend looking into niacin, melatonin, Vitamin C, Vitamin D. Maybe other things.
There is a “protocol” called “niatonin” which is a combo of niacin and melatonin that some people swear by. But now I am also reading that butyrate is needed as well.
I think a lot more research is needed. It’s hard to know who to trust and what is legit. Even if a paper has been published claiming good/bad effects of some treatment or another, how do we know it’s true? A good bet is that if the MSM suddenly comes out against something, it’s probably (PROBABLY, not SURELY) a good treatment. When aspirin was said to have beneficial effects on covid, the MSM, which has been telling us for decades that low dose aspirin is beneficial in preventing heart attacks, suddenly started warning us against aspirin.

I don’t know about detoxing, but I would say you should do everything you possibly can to strengthen your immune system naturally.
