I see studies like this. I believe studies like this. I think the vaccine is no good.
But, really, my biggest problem these days is the lack of trust in institutions.
Seems like a big percentage of “scientists” say that the vaccine is super cool and working tremendously well.
Meanwhile, a big percentage of “scientists” say that the vaccine is useless at best and quite possibly damaging.
What kind of science do we have these days? Answer: Political Science.
You know, with real science, if I say that water will boil at 100 degrees Celsius, at sea level, every single scientist in the world could replicate that, and re-confirm that. It’s simply true. It’s science.
But with COVID? After two years? No one knows anything. Half say this. Half say that.
Science — as an industry — should be ashamed.
“Science — as an industry — should be ashamed.”
Sadly it will not be as long as the reigning narrative holds fast. The problem is that this narrative is now requiring martial law or its equivalence to prop it up.
Here is a picture of the world as a whole, according to Johns Hopkins Coronavirus Resource Center, but not in the way they intend.
Global deaths assigned to COVID through the “pandemic” to date — ( 5,105,270 official deaths / 7,906,949,863 global population ) x 100 = 0.0645 %
That’s a rather small part of mankind for such a large hysteria.
Yes when I bring up the uselessness or negativity of masks or vaccines or lockdowns to people and show studies they just show me other studies. You can find a study to support whatever position.
Then they start to argue about how biased the studies are, who the peers reviewing are, who funded, what site its published on…
It has to be left wingers from a left wing source or they reject.
At this point I am just trusting my own experience. It’s all I am sure of.
“No one knows anything. Half say this. Half say that.”
At 72, I had 2 Pfizer shots on 3/26 & 3/27, and a so-called “booster” on 10/2. I have 6 co-morbidities, so I didn’t have a choice.
I don’t know what to believe anymore.
If you you saw a study that said you needed to eat a hamburger a day to be healthy would you believe it? Would you be less likely to believe it if you found out it was funded by McDonalds?
The problem is that many scientific studies are funded by the government. Is it any surprise they almost always recommend we need more government? Do you think a scientist will obtain another government grant if they conclude we need less government? Or go against a government narrative? The problem is government has gotten so large that it has distorted science.
