I have been searching for any indicaton that there is in fact rioting occurring due too the Rittenhouse verdict, but see nothing. Anyone have information to the contrary?

I’d suspect that ANTIFA and BLM have been quietly advised Democrats in charge that their antics aren’t going to be tolerated. They were let go full bore 1-2 years ago when trying to oust Trump and retake the Congress but the shoe is on the other foot and having mass riots this close to 2022 elections just won’t do. So they’ll let those twits in Hollywood and MSM do all the vitriol.

Other posters in this thread are correct. Antifa was paid and supported in 2019-2020 for political purposes in the lefts efforts to get at Trump.
To have major riots now with Joe will not help them so I expect Antifa/BLM will be told to stand down and they will not be supported by the local DA’s.
The interesting part is these punks will have a hard time turning their emotions and desires for pillage & plunder on & off like a light switch. So I do thing there will be small (relative to 2019-2020) incidents but the local police will shut them down.
The left used those punks as tools in 2019-2020. It is possible that the fools revolt and stop taking orders. Its a bleak Christmas and the punks need to go “Shopping”.

The scanner app I have has a menu with the top 100 scanner feeds which lists the most active cities at that moment with the most listeners to the police, sheriff and EMS around the country.
The COVID cover for all of this insanity has worn thin.
The public, even in cities, are sick of their crap.
And people are still buying guns in large numbers. People who have never owned a firearm before.
Ammo supply is very tight, but 9mm pistol ammo is much more available. (I don’t shoot 9mm)
I reload so it is not really an issue, except eventually I will run out of primers. In past year and a half I have only been able to buy 400 primers. Concept of enough has been rewritten in the past few years.
How do they know the number that is listed?
They are not transmitters unless they can use the GPS receivers and a computer. Then Web based monitoring by police might be possible via the web.
Scanners do not broadcast.

Please go to Broadcastify.com and educate yourself. The scanner feed is being put on the Internet. They are counting the number of web connections to the online feed.
I barely know how to turn the oven on, let alone understand the technicalities of how a scanner app works. I just see the numbers and think, “gee, that’s a lot of people listening.”
Oh, you are talking about a cell phone scanner app?
Then that makes sense, it is connected to the internet.
The cell phone does not directly receive the scanner broadcast, the audio is sent over the web. They watch the number of people viewing the scanner output piped into the internet.
RF “Radio Frequency” signals are not like that. BUT modern police (local) department signals are often spread spectrum and/or frequency hopped to give security, certainly almost all State Police signals are.
RF scanners (receivers) do not transmit, unless something more is attached.
I understand all of that. He did not tell me it was a cell phone scanner app.
