Well, then Nadler must not be talking about Rittenhouse.
Kyle was not armed when crossing state lines, did not look for trouble, and those he stopped were not engaged in 1stA protected protests.

Crossing state lines is now apparently suspicious and possibly illegal behavior. Although in this case it probably involved 10 miles or less.

People in Illinois who live “near the line” do this all the time when filling up their cars or making large purchases.
