Federal Government can still bring one of their “violated civil rights” charges.

If they do, I feel this is the actual start of a hot civil war.

I doubt they will do that since the thugs he shot were all white.

John Quincy Adams (from the movie “Amistad”) to the court:

“James Madison, Alexander Hamilton, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, George Washington... John Adams. We’ve long resisted asking you for guidance. Perhaps we have feared in doing so, we might acknowledge that our individuality, which we so, so revere, is not entirely our own. Perhaps we’ve feared an... an appeal to you might be taken for weakness. But, we’ve come to understand, finally, that this is not so. We understand now, we’ve been made to understand, and to embrace the understanding... that who we are *is* who we were. We desperately need your strength and wisdom to triumph over our fears, our prejudices, ourselves. Give us the courage to do what is right. And if it means civil war? Then let it come. And when it does, may it be, finally, the last battle of the American Revolution.”

Merrick Himmler would be proving publicly that Antifa is a military arm of the bureaucratic state (aside from the FBSSI gear queers and their like).

I think that PTBAA's idea of filing a civil lawsuit against Shartin' Joek for his pre-Resident defamations would be optimal.

I feel that too. If the feds do that, that might be the match that ignites the hot civil war.

I’ll be interested in reading the fantasy of charging Rittenhouse with “violated civil rights”.

He ran away from the first attacker until cornered.
He was running away from the next 3 attackers.
He did not fire until _after_ being variously: cornered & shot at, kicked in the head, bludgeoned, and a split-second from being shot at.
(Mr. Count Two can go file “violated civil rights” charges against Rosenbaum for placing himself between Mr. 2 and Rittenhouse when grabbing the rifle’s muzzle, guaranteeing it would go off one way or another and send a projectile in Mr. 2’s direction.)

Rittenhouse tried REAL HARD to _not_ “violate civil rights”.
Their actions left him no choice but do or die.
If nothing else, “doctrine of competing harms” applies: you are allowed to violate a law (whatever strained verbiage is imputed to apply in this case) if following it will clearly cause far greater harm than disobeying it.

I triple dog dare them to, and I'm fairly certain they will.

They are that spiteful, dumb and overconfident and can usually be counted on to overplay their hand like a methed up Adam Schiff with a pair of 2s.
