He’s using rhetoric to “buck up the troops” after their defeat.

I agree - but I’d let it simmer until he leaves office so every dumbass thing he says about Rittenhouse for the next however much time gets lumped into it as well. I mean sure, start the paperwork now - but file like the week he leaves.
