And you are a practicing physician? Please, enlighten me as to the protocol that I had to follow — I was and am free to practice how I see fit. Sorry, there was no hospital protocol that was required.
Perhaps you worked in some teeny tiny little private practice Office. I could not possibly know. I do know BS when I see it, and you know next to nothing about ER Trauma Care which is quite evident by your Posts.
Of course there is or are protocols.
I knew ICU Doctors for years and it was almost overnight that they changed. I understand. They have mortgages and other obligations.
The Stuff that went on was to me unbelievable. I expected more from those great Physicians.
Ultimately the Hippocratic Oath means nothing to Oh so many. It is an awful truth.
Read the label: Arrogant and obtuse don't mix well, doc. Promise FR that you won't drive tonight.
Forget the specific word 'protocol' and re-diagnose the situation. Same thing I asked about in the other thread - the financial incentives. Your suspiciously reflexive and broad denial that these are not a factor in your world is interesting and anecdotal.
Regardless, the blood money is real. That acute temptation plus the more clinically evil component of the CMS blanket waivers for care providers is what this thread is actually about. I understand you might not call those bad things a protocol. But I should think you'd gather from the context of the article what was meant.
Doc says: "I like to usually go to the sources, I did just that"
I say: keep going doc.
What you seem to think is the source of the info we are trying to discuss is simply somebody's blog site with a copy and a link to the info and the source. The info itself is from a decades old collection of your people, doctors. The AAPS are good people. For those who still believe in the Hippo Oath, in patients and doctors rights over hospital/state entities and in general medical freedom. They take no financial incentives for their work.
The AAPS has nothing to do with your painfully off-topic rant about "antisemitic" stuff.
I think you are mis-understanding that stuff too. The guy is only talking about Satanic Jews in the same exact way Jesus did - directly in the face of some of them. Shortly before they had Him killed. I know you're the doc and all, but I'm going with Jesus on this one. The link you spent your valuable time on (instead of the real topic source) is a not-unusual coverage of that topic, including typical Bible refs.
If you read far enough, the guy refers to himself as a Jew, in the grafted onto the vine Christian sense. He's not anti-Jew. He and Jesus are talking about the people who I suppose today we'd call "JINOs" maybe. Jew In Name Only. As you know from the book, Jews and Israel had somewhat alternating good and evil kings. Chosen doesn't mean better behaved.
How about just tell us what actually happens at your place? A couple case progressions. What is billed. Who pays. Any CARE incentives employed? Etc.
