Gibraltar has had about *5* reported covid deaths in the past 9 +/- months, and 99% of the deaths they did have (even before mid-feb 2021) were because the vaccine was not yet available.

If 5 deaths for an entire (admittedly small) country is failing, we should all fail that well.
