Yesterday, my 71-yeaqr-old self had to lug my aluminum ladder out of the garage, carry it around to the backyard, move it around to different spots five or six times, and climb up and down about a dozen times to remove some debris that was clogging my downspouts. Halfway through, I realized, "Hey, I should be really tired by now," but I wasn't at all.

I am in my seventh or eighth month of my OTC anti-Covid regimen, and it occurred to me that these supplements I've been taking might have a lot to do with my lack of fatigue.

My 85-year-old 115-lb female self was at the gym yesterday, lifting heavier weights than every before.

Lucky for me, I read the right books 50 years ago and have been taking all the right supplements every morning since then. Also lucky for me, my MD is from Nigeria where BigPharma does not finance med schools. He literally prescribes those supplements, making them tax deductible.

For good current info on supplements and health, I go to https://draxe.com/ Dr Axe gets in supplement info from the Linus Pauling Institute at Oregon State University, so I trust him.
