I think had I been a juror and he had pointed that gun at me I’d have made a big show of ducking and yelling out “WTF! Don’t point that at us!” Probably would have been a bad move, might have resulted in a mistrial. But in the moment...
One guy is pointing a gun at people with his finger on the trigger. The other one is practicing gun safety with finger straight and muzzle down. Now which one is stupid?
One knows how to handle a firearm, the other has watched too many TV shows and movies.
The prosecuting attorney looks like he wants to rip half his face off if he ever fires a gun for real.
That the judge did nothing about the prosecutor who did this in his courtroom suggests the judge (or his family) has been threatened or that the judge is on the take.
Many of them starring Alec Baldwin.
Where did the red dot site go?
I heard Robert Barnes postulate, that the defense didn’t point out the prosecutor’s aiming the gun in an unsafe manor as deliberate so as to NOT give away how “provocative” that might be.
I certainly would of “ducked”.
Take the gun away from that idiot!
After the Alex Baldwin fiasco, you would think that guy would know better.
The idiot has his finger on the trigger while the patriot does not
If I was on the jury I would have shouted “WHAT THE F*** IS WRONG with you??? YOU NEVER POINT A GUN AT PEOPLE- AND GET YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER YOU MORON”
It wasn’t Kyle’s actual rifle. Just a prop for the media. They’re so ignorant of guns, they don’t even realize that rifle has no sights.
What's so scary about that DA is that it looks like he's holding the weapon correctly, but just very unsafely. A non-shooter being unsafe is one thing, but an actual shooter who is unsafe is much worse.
And break his shoulder.
If I had been in the courtroom, and he pointed the gun at or near me, I would have made a serious issue of it. And I would have been right. Plus I would have sued.
A .223 is not going to break his shoulder. Wait...he is a snowflake libtard so it might
“Relax, people, it’s just a prop.” Alec Baldwin
Seriously, he should have been admonished and thrown out of the court room.
That's mostly wrong. It was Kyle's friend's rifle that Kyle shot to defend himself. For some reason the police evidence technicians reportedly removed the red dot sight.
I can't see how modifying the rifle in a homicide investigation is legal, but that's reportedly what they did.
