Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is cooling his heels on the team’s COVID-19 reserve list after testing positive for the virus despite being fully vaccinated, according to reports.
Roethlisberger will have to watch this Sunday’s game against the Lions from afar as he will be out of service for the league’s ten-day quarantine period, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Last week, Roethlisberger appeared on The Dan Patrick Show and said he is fully vaccinated against the virus when talking about the protocols that the players follow in the locker room.

I take the flue shot and never get the flu. I’ve had all 3 jabs hand have had flu like symptoms each time, the 3rd was a doozy.
Define most vulnerable

I do not recall there every being a guarantee that the vaccines would prevent the infection or prevent death.
Some people were going to die regardless.

The vaccines worked very well. But they do not work as well against the Delta variant. This is clear.
Secondly, natural immunity, which is developed after having the virus, seems to be the best protection.
Therefore, if you feel you are vulnerable and want the vaccine so when you get Covid that the symptoms may be survivable, choose that.
If you feel you can survive Covid without the vaccine, choose that.
Mandates, masks and all the "gotcha" crap is just noise.
Those are the facts.

I simply laid out the FACTS that the vaccines have seemed to help mitigate the more severe symptoms of Covid. The vaccines were less effective against the Delta variant.
There is a risk to taking the vaccines.
Nobody is immune until you contract Covid and recover with natural immunity.
If you do that with the help of the vaccine or without it is a personal choice you should make with information.
I oppose mandates, vaccine passports and masking.
I opposed masking from the early weeks as symbolic only.
Finally, I agree with you that the subject is being used to divide us and keep us from uniting against the deprivation of our rights.
Misinformation and sensationalized information is being used to drive wedges between us.
I can tell you that China and Iran are feeding much disinformation to conservative sites.
Keep your mind and heart open and think for yourself (which it seems you are doing)

It’s not clear at all. You’re doing nothing more that spouting the narrative. The REAL scientists have said all along that the jabs CAUSED the variants. Oh, and the jabs NEVER worked. You fell for the ole bait and switch, and got suckered into the efficacy numbers without understanding what they actually meant. Stupid is as stupid does.
Educate yourself (assuming that’s possible) about ARR (Absolute Risk Reduction) rather than falling for the impressive sounding RRR (Relative Risk Reduction). Once you do, you’ll learn the jabs only give about a couple percent improvement, and that’s before taking into consideration of any adverse effects.
