All practical, effective, and safe means should be used. Elimination is a race against viral evolution. No treatment, vaccine, or intervention is 100% available and effective for all variants. Denying efficacy increases the risk of COVID-19 becoming endemic; and increases mortality, morbidity, and collateral damage.

Exactly. There is no actual “vaccine” available for Covid anyway.
I’d ignore their obligatory bow to the vaccines and just look at the data, which points to significant benefits from many of the OTC products that have been discussed on FR.
You wont even need that if you just took D3, C and Zinc everyday.
If there is even a minor cumulative benefit from taking three or more of these products, they should have a 90% chance or more effectiveness in treating Covid in the early stages, or when used as a prophylactic.
25% “improvement” in that chart for HCQ is not even close to consistent with the list of studies shown below, which show an overall 64% improvement:
