A motion to dismiss with prejudice has already been filed when the prosecution asked questions on subjects ruled out of bounds (twice). As far as I know the judge has not ruled on the motion.
The judge said, "I will take your motion under advisement.
A motion is taken under advisement when the judge needs to perform additional legal research before making a decision.
Will be so glad when SOMETHING happens, one way or the other.
Tension is thick enough cut with a knife. So tired of the pearl-clutching cowards all over the Internet, making proclamations of doooooooooooom and inevitable disaster. Saddest thing of all is that it appears dooooooooooom and inevitable disaster are what many of these people WANT to hear! These threads are a welcome oasis from Eeyoria.
First it was the FBI flir footage that shows up right over the first shooting. Then more mysterious HD drone footage shows up on Friday just as the case is being blown out of the water by the prosecutions own witnesses. Seemingly giving the DA a faint chance at claiming provocation with "hocus, pocus, out of focus" aiming the rifle at someone. Another convenient drone at the same location.
If there was that much surveillance going on that night it seems logical they have tons more, both video and cellular. (Remember the NSA captures everything) It really makes one wonder what else has been hidden by the state which might prove exculpatory.
My guess is they know practically every single person who was in every video, simply based on their cell phone metadata.
