Leftist prosecutors ignore actual criminals while prosecutors in Kenosha are railroading Kyle Rittenhouse and seeking to undermine the 2nd Amendment.
America is suffering from a rash of prosecutors who are petty tyrants bent on fundamentally changing America by nullifying our duly enacted laws. That is as unconstitutional at the county and state level as it is at the federal level. Nothing illustrates this more clearly than the conduct of the prosecutors in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial.
Prosecutors are part of the executive branch and it is their sworn duty to uphold all laws. They have no power to nullify laws they don’t like, whether it be bail, property crimes, or the laws governing illegal aliens and immigration. A particularly damaging example of this is occurring in Wisconsin, where the fundamental right to keep and bear arms in self-defense is under attack by an outrageously abusive district attorney’s office.
We are on Day 7 of the Kyle Rittenhouse trial. The DA for Kenosha has charged Rittenhouse with murder and reckless endangerment for firing an AR-15 at four people who were attacking or threatening him with imminent harm at various points during a BLM riot. Rittenhouse killed two of the four and injured a third, and has asserted that on each occasion, he acted in self-defense.
There are generally three elements to a claim of self-defense. One, that the person claiming self-defense was not the aggressor. Two, that the person reasonably believed that the threat posed to him or her was imminent or in progress. And three, that the person reasonably believed that his response was proportional to the harm threatened.
The Kenosha District Attorney is Michael D. Graveley, although it is one of his senior assistants, Thomas Binger, who is making a name for himself—a bad one— prosecuting the case

Kyle’s testimony yesterday was riviting. The behavior of the prosecution was disgusting.
AMEN!!
I agree.
I also am not a big fan of American Thinker. But, I agree with the article.
“18 U.S.C. § 242, Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law” is a powerful law with serious penalties. Has it ever been applied to any goverment official beyond maybe a county sheriff in a county with fewer than 5000 citizens in this century? In the last quarter of the last century?
I saw bits and pieces of it yesterday as I was traveling.
Wonder if there is a place to watch a replay of the testimony? Do you happen to know?

You are too kind ... the behavior of the prosecutor is worse than disgusting.
The politicians and law enforcement in Kenosha and Wisconsin are responsible for enforcing the laws, to ensure public safety. They failed greatly. While he did not intend to do so, Kyle effectively did their job for them. When he defended himself against some very very bad criminal people the rioting in Kenosha came to a complete stop. Now he takes the stand and by telling the truth, he unintentionally exposes the prosecutor as not doing his job, but instead the prosecutor continues aiding and abetting of the criminal element like all the other officials, and attempts to trample on the constitutional rights to which Kyle is entitled.
I heard some of the testimony yesterday. One time the prosecutor insinuated that Kyle had no business of being there at night. Perhaps if the prosecutor and his ilk did their damn jobs in the first place and protect the citizens and property in Kenosha, then maybe, just maybe a whole lot of people including Kyle would not have shown up. Law-abiding citizens don’t have to answer to @sses like this prosecutor for how they move and travel - it’s a damn constitutional right. Do your damn job for the citizens for once.
I pray for this kid and his family, and our country.

Kyle Rittenhouse Trial LIVE Wednesday Day 8 - Defense Case Continues
Heh. American thinker is my favorite.. 😁
And this article is exhibit one for why.
I really hope his attorneys are prepping a wave of post-trial Nick Sandman-style defamation lawsuits, beginning with one against Biden.
The speculation is that he is trying to force a mistrial because he knows his case is lost. Judge could dismiss with Prejudice (and should), because of misconduct by the Prosecutor.
“Kyle’s testimony yesterday was riviting. The behavior of the prosecution was disgusting.”
We watched it. He should have been escorted straight to jail and been slapped with contempt for that condescending display yelling and talking down to the judge like that.
Not sure I have ever seen anything so ignorant and brazen in my life...
But, I am sure the prosecutor's two mommies are proud!
Lol, Man... The demeanor and body language indicating a presence of delusional mental illness was off the charts in that display.
DA Littlefinger
Is the case in recess for the holiday?
They never had a case to begin with. Rittenhouse was charged only because social media demanded it.
I am not certain of that...I’ll check GAB in a few min as there are many folks there providing updates throughout the day.
No. It will resume today.
I agree. However, the Prosecutor is a scumbag and wants a perpetual trial that can be used to further “His” agenda of liberalism and destruction of our Republic.
