Visions of BOB LEE SWAGGER come to mind. If you know what I mean, you know what I mean. Just more people and better trained.

That the public don’t care about their health like the navy seals do.

The lead to this thread is misleading. Military members did not sue the government.

First Liberty Institute filed the lawsuit on behalf of the unnamed SEALs and sailors in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas, Fort Worth Division.

The Supreme Court has relied on many different reasons in developing the law that prevents active-duty service members from suing the United States. (The Feres Doctrine basically) One of the reasons relied on by the Court is that service members already have a comprehensive system of benefits that protects them when they are injured. Under federal law, disability benefits are available to service members when they are injured, and death benefits are available to their families when a service member is killed in the line of duty.

But to offer a track to overrule military decisions on something that hasn’t happened yet and has no study on it proving it a medical threat, is a slippery slope that will create a huge problem with determination of lawful orders even at the lowest level. The military world is not like the outside one. It is based upon a cohesiveness and not everyone thinking for themselves without the big picture.

And to consider that the military members are more threatened by the virus than being downrange is a confused, coerced individual and is not mentally prepared to enter a combat region. Product of the public schools probably.

Why would somebody that young and physically fit need the Covif-19 vaccine? ... because it it’s about complete control over the population and not about spreading the virus and that’s why the Biden administration insists on vaxing 5 year olds who has a greater risk of dying from the flu than Covid-19.
