I have a friend with a Hellcat. He was pulled over for only driving 93 in a 65mph zone. He actually was doing 115 when he saw the cop and hit the brakes.

The cop gave him a break and only wrote the ticket for 85. The cop said if he wrote for any higher speed, he would have to bring him in. And the cop was near the end of his shift and thought it would be nice to give the guy a break.

My friend agreed and thanked the cop very much,

In Ontario,Canada you see many signs on the main highways saying that if you're caught at something like 20mph over the speed limit you're fined $10,000 and they seize your car!

Your friend is lucky he wasn't up there!
