Sure. But, you have to be prepared to take to the extremes. That is what the tyrants fear most. What do you think the chain-link fences around DC were all about? The tyrants fear an organized resistance. In the end, you are responsible for your own well-being. But, there is great power in numbers. You have to be willing to join others who are willing to go all the way.
Let me give you two reasons. Yes, the Biden socialist gang and their allies in the Deep State/permanent bureaucracy have done enormous damage to our country in just 10 months. But they have exposed the people supposedly on our side, like the Bush bunch, for exactly what they are - users at your side on Election Day then partying with the Bidenistas with total disdain for us the other 99 percent of the time. Second, traditionally the moribund Republican Party in Virginia has produced enough pollwatchers to cover just 10-15 percent of the polls - last week with Steve Bannon’s urging, 93 percent were covered. Its not easy to be on your feet for 14 hours but you’ve got to pitch in to save this country.

I tend to think that this has been a very, very long time coming. It has been painfully obvious since the 2008 election cycle but it started very long before then.
I think that the country will come back better than before. But it's got to hit rock-bottom before it can come back...and that is going to be a long process and is going to be painful.
I tend to think that the only thing that we can do on our side is to hit the brakes and slow things down, but not stop it. I don't say this to be defeatist, but to be realistic.
The educational system has been utterly corrupt and this has been that way for a century. Look at the two primary theoreticians who formed modern educational philosophy: John Dewey and Jean Piaget. They were both left wing and sought to use the education of the young not to install traditional values and independence...they sought to use the educational system to create drones that will think the way that the State wants them to think.
The corporate structure has been totally compromised to be an agent of the state. Access to capital is being restricted to corporations that bend the knee (that's why so many companies are going "woke" -- they will lose access to major funding if they actually act with conviction).
Until the system comes crashing down, I really don't think it can be "fixed". But once it does, the populace will need people who can and will be able to do so. And that's conservatives.
At the same time, be grateful. I'm a boomer born and raised in the US. There has probably never, in the history of man, been a more bountiful and peaceful time in history. Incredible time on earth (certainly some people not so blessed and went/going through incredible pain and difficulty too - disease, murder and mayhem never stops).
What's the saying about having the wisdom to know what you can change? Go there. As far as the country and world "going to hell in a handbasket," of course that is lamentable, but it should not preoccupy your mind. CS Lewis, On Living in an atomic age is on this general subject. We are living in truly historic times right now. But it's not the black plague, and it's not Herod killing all the firstborn, and it's not (at least for us) Genghis Khan. It's not even WWII.
The world is a nasty place. It belongs to Satan, mostly.
Not saying sit back, be happy, stop complaining. Rather, correct the balance so you are not mentally preoccupied in a bad place.
What can the public do? at some point, what I imagine is the ONLY effective action, massive civil disobedience. Hopefully a leader emerges who guides that effectively. I watched a fairly good and highly intelligent and determined man get the office of POTUS, only to be stymied by the people in the system, who refused to give up the control they wrongly hold. If POTUS can't "fix it," how can lesser? The silver lining in all that is the revelation to many more, just how rotten the institution have become over the last 50 or 80 years. Some of us have seen this for a long time - my epiphany came around 1980. The world is not as it seems, and is certainly not as "commonly presented" in education and media.
You need to look at it as we had Trump for 4 yrs as God was showing us all the potential we had to come off the brink we were on with Obama’s 4 yrs. But too many didn’t learn from that so God’s putting us through the side once again only worse than before.....we have still left God very much out of the picture of this country.
Same thing happened throughout History when Israel turned her back on God....Invasion, and the country fell apart from the Inside.
The key is American people Still will not give the Lord his rightful place....and it continues to support the things he hates.

I don’t hear the almighty telling any of us to surrender what He gave us...you’re listening to the wrong side.
It’s very important to realize that the puppeteers behind the left have been working towards their goals for a long time, and it will take time to effectively undo the harm they’ve done.
I fully believe the left have been selectively running operatives and getting them elected into the Republican Party in specific strategic districts. I believe they also have operatives working on/in a lot of Republican campaigns - including as major campaign consultants.
I too am seeing the slow but steady disintegration of this country as we know it, but I nonetheless feel blessed to have lived through some of the greatest years in our history. I have great memories of growing up in a very different California in the 1960s and as an adult, enjoyed Reagan’s “Shining City on a Hill” in the 1980s.
All good things eventually end, but what an amazing run we’ve had.
There is a much greater story here. It’s not just about the skirmishes in the political front. This is about good vs evil.
I fought this war, getting wounded many times, but still returning to the battlefield. Until one evening Satan himself appeared. The ultimate evil. The room got freezing cold like a blast freezer.
Helpless, vulnerable, and in despair, I turned upward in prayer. The swirling bright Light moved upon me and a feeling of strength through Love. Michael appeared in full brilliance.
I pointed to satan and said to Michael, “there he is, you can get him.”
Michael replied, “It’s not time yet.”
Suddenly I realized that God is in control, even in control of Satan and using him as part of a greater plan. Everything is unfolding exactly as it is supposed to happen. I was at total peace.
This event actually happened about thirty years ago, in the early 1990’s.
The visions I had at the time showed me the events that are happening now. I expected they were going to happen in the mid 1990’s when Clinton was president. But the time distortion between the levels of consciousness fooled me. Now is the time and it’s all ok. There is much suffering to come.
For the same reason that there are no atheists in foxholes, the suffering and despair must happen to get people to turn to God.
The answer to the current turmoil with evil is NOT to become evil. If we do, Satan wins.
The answer is prayer and turning toward God. Our true strength comes from our weakness, as if we are full of ourselves we have no room for God.
When God’s Love and Light shines through us, we experience a peace that surpasses all understanding.
We must rise above evil and not lower ourselves with anger to become it.
I pray that these words do not fall upon deaf ears. The Love and Light of God is the only way to overcome evil.

There indeed is a cause for hope.
In this fallen, sin-filled world we live in there have been many times throughout history when all seemed lost with no way to turn it around. But throughout it all there has always been an answer…. A “Way”.
The short answer is our life here on earth is but a fleeting moment in our eternal life. God is in control and His “will” will be done. You have a choice to go it on your own, searching at answers from here and there, never finding anything that makes a difference, or you can turn to God, BELIEVE that Jesus Christ was the sacrificial lamb who died to set us free from our sins, accept His free gift of salvation. Along with that amazing gift comes the presence of His Holy Spirit who will the live within you, guide you, comfort you, empower you in ways you can’t imagine until it happens.

The longer answer to your question …. And I saw longer because you will need to read God’s Word (His manual for life that contains all the answers). The Bible and ask the Holy Spirit to open your eyes so that you can understand what it says.
The good news is no matter how bad, how frustrating, how maddening, how unfair this world gets…. we know the ending of the story and it is glorious!

The West, including our nation, has gone far away from God. And He gave us 30 years of constant warning through every product labeled “Made in China.” The CCP violate about every principle God gave this country.
This is new feeling for me.
