I too am seeing the slow but steady disintegration of this country as we know it, but I nonetheless feel blessed to have lived through some of the greatest years in our history. I have great memories of growing up in a very different California in the 1960s and as an adult, enjoyed Reagan’s “Shining City on a Hill” in the 1980s.
All good things eventually end, but what an amazing run we’ve had.
I guess you don't have kids because at this point I am ashamed to look at my adult children in the eye. I am humiliated to be a "baby boomer" THE WORST GENERATION EVER.
