I’ve looked at those photos. What’s the clue there that something is amiss? (He had a chance to put some kind of a mask on to hide at least some of his face but didn’t do it.)
The guy said Newsom’s smile appeared very slightly lopsided, compared it to other photos, and noticed a difference in the alignment of his face. If I remember the FR thread correctly, the Freeper may have noticed a similarity with an older relative who had suffered a stroke a few years ago.
